Trumpeter Swans

When we first moved to Western Wisconsin and people found out I was a photographer, one of the first things they said was “Have you seen the swans?” My interest was peeked and I had to check out all the locations. After a few times watching from a distance, I got to know the lay of the land, or ice as it usually was. I became more familiar with the swans, anticipating their actions and capturing these photos became something I loved to do.
